2. What are Surftix.com's
Sales Terms and Conditions?
Surftix.com and its partner companies are in the secondary ticket business of buying and selling tickets at a premium. In no way is Surftix.com affiliated with any box office, Ticketmaster, Telecharge, team, venue or promoter unless specifically expressed. Tickets are sold over the face value and prices reflect the current market rate. Please examine all tickets carefully. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS, will be subject to resale policy. If an event is rescheduled, postponed, or moved to another venue, tickets are still valid for that event. If a show is cancelled, either a refund for the face value of the ticket or a store credit for the ENTIRE amount paid will be issued. Tickets must be returned within 30 days of cancelled event for a refund or credit.

payment does Surftix.com accept?
Surftix.com accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club. We only accept cash in person at our office, and do not accept personal check, money order, or any other form of payment. Corporate accounts can be established on an accounts receivable basis; for more information, please contact a Surftix.com representative, or inquire to sales@surftix.com. All payments must be in U.S. funds .

are tickets shipped, and what are the shipping costs?
For your convenience, we offer many different types of delivery,
and can ship your tickets to any point on the globe!
- Venue pick-up-no charge (not available for all events/venues)
- Delivery to your hotel in the city of the event-some courier
fees may apply (not available in all hotels, subject to hotel management)

5. How
can I track my order?

refund/exchange policy?
All Surftix.com sales are final. For options about your tickets,

7. What if my event
is cancelled/postponed?
Cancelled events:
All Surftix.com Sales and Transactions are Final. In the event that
the performance is cancelled do to but not limited to the following:
Performer illness, strike, act of God, or lockout we will provide
a full refund of the amount that you paid, less shipping costs,
pending that the venue/organization is honoring the same policy.
TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED TO SURFTIX.COM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCED
CANCELLATION IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
Weather Policy:
In most cases, the policy for a weather induced cancellation is
the same as any other cancelled event. However, in some cases, the
venue, performer, etc. does not always issue a refund if the event
is cancelled. Always check with your agent prior to any outdoor
event. If this is the case, Surftix.com is not responsible for any
refund. We will work with our supplier(s) to the best of our ability
to assist you, but most cases will need to be taken up with the
event promoters themselves.
Postponed events:
If an event is POSTPONED, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled
date. New tickets will not be issued. We are not able to offer a
refund if an event is postponed.

8. What
if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Upon receiving your tickets, make sure they are kept in a dry,
safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are damaged, lost
or stolen. Also be aware that direct sunlight or heat can damage
some tickets.

9. How do I buy
a Surftix.com gift certificate?
Surftix.com offers gift certificates in any amount above $25, valid
toward any event. Gift certificates can be purchased online or by
contacting a Surftix.com agent at 877.SURFTIX (787-3849).

10. How
can I sell/consign tickets with Surftix.com?
Ticket resale:
In the event that you are not able to attend, Surftix.com provides the service of resale to enable you the ticket buyer an opportunity to minimize your investment. Contact a Surftix.com representative and return the tickets to us. Upon receiving the tickets, we will make every effort to resell your tickets for you. If we are successful in selling your tickets, we will issue you a gift certificate for the full ticket price, less transaction handling fee, shipping cost and a 15% resale charge. It is always our goal to resell your tickets and recoup your full 85% reimbursement; however, at times we may need to lower ticket prices in order to sell your tickets. If these measures are necessary, we will contact you prior to the sale for your authorization.
Tickets to sell/consignment:
If you have tickets to any event to sell, contact a Surftix.com representative. We may choose to consign them, or offer to buy them outright from you. We must have physical possession of the tickets to consign them. Upon receiving the tickets from you, we will attempt to sell them through out massive database of buyers and partners at no less than the selling price specified by you. If we successfully sell your tickets, you will be paid the determined price. All consignments and selling prices are subject to our discretion.

11. What is a ticket broker?
Ticket brokers are the link from ticket sellers to ticket buyers. First we provide tickets to events that are sold out through the primary market. Second, we provide premium upfront seats which are the most desirable. Third, we provide ticket holders a place to sell their unwanted, or unneeded or extra tickets.

12. Why are your tickets sold above the face value?
Our members costs for obtaining tickets are always related to the market demand. At times members may pay many times the original face value to obtain tickets that are in high demand. Other times members may purchase tickets at a small price over the face value and then they may sell them for prices closer to the face value. The amount you pay for your tickets above the face value relates to the cost of obtaining these premium tickets.

16. Can I put tickets on hold?
The ticket hold policy is set by each individual selling partner. A ticket hold cannot be guaranteed, but we will do everything in our power to have a seller hold the tickets on your behalf. If a hold request is desired, it must be done over the phone, and there is typically a one to two hour window in which to make your decision.
