Cancelled Events
All Surftix.com Sales and Transactions are Final. In the event that the performance is cancelled do to but not limited to the following: Performer illness, strike, act of God, or lockout we will provide a full refund of the amount that you paid, less shipping costs, pending that the venue/organization is honoring the same policy. TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED TO SURFTIX.COM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCED CANCELLATION IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

Weather Policy
In most cases, the policy for a weather induced cancellation is the same as any other cancelled event. However, in some cases, the venue, performer, etc. does not always issue a refund if the event is cancelled. Always check with your agent prior to any outdoor event. If this is the case, Surftix.com is not responsible for any refund. We will work with our supplier(s) to the best of our ability to assist you, but most cases will need to be taken up with the event promoters themselves.
